Public Limited Company registration conditions
The type of business that is mainly set up by large enterprises is a Moldovan Public Limited Company. The minimum share capital for this form of business is much higher at 20,000 MLD (or around € 1,100). Timeline

The state registration cost is approximately 544 MDL (about € 31). These costs include all fees for registration and concurrent services provided by the State Registration Chamber (verification of company name, drafting of standard regulations, issue of certificate of registration and extract from commercial register, publication in the Official Journal). For day registration, the cost of MDL is 965 (about 55 €).
Compulsory regulation
